Hi everyone!
My name is Dustin, one of Hospitaliteam's exec board members, and I wanted to mention that Hospitaliteam's Summer Cycle Applications are open until March 17th, 2023 at 11:59PM. Hospitaliteam is a student organization dedicated to providing compassionate care to adult patients in Shands. Using our Hospitality Cart, we provide care items to patients as well as a companion during their stay. I am so humbled and grateful to have joined Hospitaliteam, and to know I am helping to create a positive and welcoming experience for patients is so rewarding. This is a great way to get patient contact experience and engagement!
Throughout this week, we will be tabling in Turlington, so feel free to stop by and talk with our members about Hospitalieam and what the experience has been like for them. Also, our Instagram and blog tab on our website have more information about who we are and what we do! Hospitaliteam is open to all majors, not just pre-health! Our goal is to provide compassionate care to patients in Shands and foster a close-knit community within our organization. If you can resonate with this, we would love to see your application!
