Funding is limited to U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

Faculty are all committed to undergraduate training and use broad approaches to improve our understanding of obesity, diabetes, endocrinology, and metabolic diseases.

To enhance our M-SURE trainees’ experience, there will be a weekly lecture series highlighting the physiology of diabetes, endocrinology & metabolism. Additional presentations will focus on how to develop a career in biomedical research, and responsible conduct of research. Trainees will give a final oral presentation of their work at the end of summer Annual Undergraduate Research Symposium.
