Hello Pre-Dental/ Pre-Health Societies,
We are ASDA District 10, made up of seven dental schools: the University of Washington, the Oregon Health and Science University, the University of Utah, Roseman University, the University of Nevada Las Vegas, Midwestern Arizona, and the Arizona School of Dentistry. We are delighted to be in contact with your Pre-Dental Societies and would like to keep in touch throughout this school year to update your members on different events our dental schools are opening to all pre-dental students.
We would like to invite your members to a continued virtual series of Coffee and Conversations with current dental students. Our goal is to always create a positive and encouraging environment where pre-dental students can focus on gaining information on the admission process for dental schools. Our next series will focus on Interviewing for Dental School. This will be held over Zoom on August 30, 2023, at 6:30 pm MST. It is open to anyone in the process of applying or considering applying to dental school! A registration link will be located at the bottom of this email.
We will briefly discuss the different types of interviews you may come across, tips and tricks to a successful dental admissions interview, and a chance to speak to a few dental students at specific schools that our District 10 represents.
ASDA District 10’s organization is excited to be in contact with our surrounding university’s pre-dental students this year. We hope this aids in your members' dental journey and that you will disperse any information out to your members that you receive from us!
