I Gotcha Back Mentoring Opportunity For Students

Looking for a great mentoring/volunteering opportunity?

The I Gotcha Back (IGB) Program has operated since 2007, working with and empowering young people in the community. We are seeking mentors to impact and enhance the lives of our participants. We provide a wide range of programs and resources aimed at addressing various challenges faced by students. Some of the things we address include:

  • Employability skill development (communication, timeliness, hygiene)
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving enhancement
  • Financial awareness
  • Emotional health through individual and group counseling

We are seeking mentors to join our program and help us help students achieve the list above. Please review the attached mentorship information flier to learn more about IGB Education Mentoring.

How You Can Help: We're seeking mentors and volunteers to help us advance the IGB vision. Specifically, we need the following:

  • We need 150 mentors who commit to spending ½ hour a week with their "mentee" during lunch at their school to provide support, encouragement, and guidance.
  • Will attend workshops, volunteer opportunities, and cultural events with their mentees when their schedules allow.

Get Involved: Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of young students?

Here's how you can get involved with the IGB Program:
