If you are currently majoring in Health Science, Public Health, or Communication Sciences and Disorders in the College of Public Health & Health Professions, the LEAP mentorship program is accepting applications for both mentors and mentees.
LEAP pairs students with a mentor or mentee who is studying the same major and pre-professional track, whether pre-med, pre-PA, pre-OT, pre-PT, pre-nursing, or any other health-related track.
The program is highly recommend, especially if you are an underclassman in need of guidance about your pre-health journey. It is also a fantastic opportunity for both upper and underclassmen to get involved and further their professional development through our professional development events. These events provide valuable insight into the careers of various health professionals as well as provide important information about our four pillars: leadership, education, advocacy, and professionalism.
