Down To Dance Application

Down to Dance is a UF student organization that hosts dance workshops for individuals who have Down Syndrome. Through a partnership with Gigi's Playhouse, we launched a national program that uses research in Arts & Medicine to help these children develop their motor skills, cognitive skills, and social inclusivity. Most importantly, we hope to deliver Smiles and Fun with Trisomy 21! 

Applications to volunteer with Down to Dance are now OPEN! We are accepting both regular and Dance in Medicine Certificate volunteers, particularly for those who need to complete their practicum. Applications are due on Wednesday, September 13th at 11:59pm. Please do not hesitate to reach out at ufdowntodance@gmail.com if you have any questions.
