I am bringing your attention to the 2023 GWU SPARC (Summer Program Advancing Research in Cancer). The program targets undergrad minorities underrepresented in the sciences and is supported with housing and a stipend.
I am attaching an informational flyer for you to share with qualified students: sophomore/junior bio majors maintaining at least a 3.0 average -- the application deadline is February 1, 2023.

I have sent out a mass mailing to RISE and MARC contacts announcing this program. However, I wanted to be sure to reach out to you who have the most direct contact with qualified students to emphasize how much GWU would like to have your students apply, and ultimately to consider a career in cancer research.
