Westside Samaritans Clinic is a free medical clinic for lower-income individuals in Gainesville, FL. We are now accepting applications to become in-person volunteers for the Summer 2021 term. I highly recommend applying as it is a really rewarding experience. Some responsibilities that you will have at the clinic as volunteers include checking in/out patients, taking the patients' vitals, and shadowing physicians.

link to our application form. Applications close on Friday, April 2 at 11:59pm.
Our application process consists of two phases: a primary written portion and a
secondary interview portion. Clinics are currently held every third Thursday of
the month from 5-9pm, but we anticipate including more Thursdays as providers
become more available and the threat of COVID-19 decreases.
