Why AMSA?AMSA is proud to be the largest pre-health organization on campus! It provides students with a welcoming community of individuals pursuing pre-health careers dedicated to achieving their goals. It consists of eleven health-related committees that are dedicated to distinct fields of health and medicine. AMSA also partners with Kaplan, Blueprint, BEMO, Medschool Coach, and Study Edge to provide students with unique opportunities and benefits that make medical school and other graduate school applications easier. We hope that this more convenient location allows more people to join us. Our 1st GBM will be held in the Reitz Union Auditorium, located on the 2nd floor, on October 5th at 7:00 PM. By this time, those who have registered will be assigned a committee, and will receive notifications via email. If you arrive before 6:30 PM, then you will be able to enjoy some food with us! We currently offer pizza and veggies to members before each GBM. Fee Assistance & ScholarshipsSince UF Premed AMSA is a chapter of the National AMSA organization, there are fees associated with registration. Our treasurer is more than willing to help you set up a payment plan or a scholarship as needed on a case-by-case basis.
