From singing in the choir or playing some backyard guitar, we appreciate all levels. We have an organization that is PERFECT for you, Music Meets Medicine! This is an inspirational and unique on-campus organization that educates passionate participants on the humanistic benefits of music within healthcare. We offer weekly GBMs, allowing members to get to know each other, learn about the benefits of music in medicine, and without question: We have FUN! Additionally, we offer many leadership opportunities and the benefit of earning clinical volunteering hours. For example, you can enjoy the experience of entertaining patients through musical performances at local facilities (such as Alz Place), an adult Alzheimers facility.
