Starting pay for in-person 1-on-1 mentoring is $27/session. Top-performing mentors earn even more, from $30 up to $100+/hour assisting with special projects. Our classroom instructors at $23-25/hour and can also earn over $100/hour after bonuses and incentives. Choose to work as little as 10 hrs/week or as much as full-time. Guaranteed Raises: All Altius mentors now receive guaranteed raises based on tenure and performance. Our best tutors are invited to assist with special projects with earning potential of $100+/hour.

FREE Local Gym Membership: So that you can be at your best mentally and physically for yourself and your mentees, all mentors receive a FREE gym membership for as long as you maintain the minimum number of classes and/or students.
Travel Discount Program: Applying to medical school can be expensive; especially when you add the cost of airfare, hotels, and rental cars while traveling to interviews.
