Yale Summer Research Program

Yale's new summer research program will give undergraduates the opportunity to get experience performing cutting-edge research at Yale at the intersection of neuroscience, psychology, computer science, and engineering. I strongly invite students with an interest in neuroscience to apply! Example research areas include brain imaging and neurofeedback, machine learning and robotics, and the integration of neuronal systems’ structure and function.

The deadline to apply is February 1st, through the Leadership Alliance website. For more information visit: https://wti.yale.edu/programs/undergraduate

We will be hosting an informational session this Thursday, January 13 at 5:30pm ET. Sign up here: https://yalesurvey.ca1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3P0DUdtlFCtgxhA

Summer scholars will do research in a Yale lab from May 30 – August 5, 2022 under the mentorship of faculty members, postdocs and grad students (COVID-19 permitting). They will participate in weekly workshops, seminars, and social events. At the end of the program, they will have a chance to attend the Leadership Alliance Conference to present their work (all costs paid). We cover housing, travel to and from Yale, and provide a competitive stipend.

The program is open to sophomores, juniors, and non-graduating seniors with an interest in interdisciplinary neuroscience and who can contribute to diversity and inclusion through their identity, life experiences, work, or research.
