PCP Event 10/17

Take Charge- UF Efforts to Reduce ED visits.  Dr. Allen and Mr. Clarizio will be leading a group discussion on the "Take Charge" program and what steps UF is taking to reduce ED visits and improve the quality of care for our top ED utilizers.   Pizza will be provided at the event as well for all who attend!  Date: 10/17    Time: 6 pm    Location: HPNP G312
