Conference Opportunity for Pre-Medical Students

Hello UF Pre-Health,

As a Gator Alumna and former subscriber to this listserv, I'm delighted to extend this opportunity to pre-medical students at UF.

This fall, the American Medical Women's Association Region 4 Conference will be held at FIU Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine in Miami, FL. This is an exclusive invitation to pre-med students within the region for an opportunity to network with current medical students and established physicians while gaining further insight and skills into the field of medicine. This conference will feature exciting speakers, including the first surgeon general of Florida, skill-building workshops, and the launch of a regional initiative against human trafficking. In addition to workshops on safety planning for victims of intimate partner violence and social justice in medicine, students will learn about a novel initiative to fight human trafficking!

Registration closes on October 27th, and seats are limited! Learn more about the conference and sign up today at amwaregion4.weebly.com.

We look forward to seeing you in November!
