Graduating
High School Seniors, Undergraduate Students and Graduate Students:
Don't delay in gathering the necessary documents including official
transcripts and faculty letters of recommendation, to submit a complete
GMiS STEM Scholarship application.
Applicants are invited to visit the GMiS Website for further details on
the application requirements, - personal
statement, official transcript, resume, faculty letter of recommendation
and peer letter of recommendation.
GMiS merit-based scholarships range from $500 - $10,000. These
scholarships are offered through the generous contributions from leading Fortune
500 companies, national government agencies, and private donors.
Applicants must demonstrate merit through academic achievement,
leadership, service and campus/community engagement.
SCHOLARSHIP
ELIGIBILITY:
Hispanic descent and/or demonstrate significant leadership or service
within the underserved community;
Graduating high school seniors, undergraduate students or graduate
students;
Pursuing or intending to pursue a science, technology, engineering, math
or health-related field of study at an accredited 2-yr or 4-yr
college/university in the U.S. or its territories; and
Possessing an overall minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
