Dear SAAHP Advisors,

Nova Southeastern University College of Pharmacy Palm Beach Campus would like to invite your pre-pharmacy students to participate in our first virtual innovative program, "A Day for the Next Generation of Pharmacists."

A Day for the Next Generation of Pharmacists, scheduled for May 11, 2020, is aimed at bringing knowledge and understanding of the evolving profession of pharmacy to those individuals seeking to gain insight as they pursue their interests into becoming a pharmacist. This virtual program will provide participants the opportunity to enhance their knowledge of the pharmacy profession through a day of mini-lectures in core pharmacy pillars such as pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics; and additional topics of conversation will center around pharmacy career pathways.

If you know of any prospective students who might be interested in a career in pharmacy and would like to participate in A Day for the Next Generation of Pharmacists, please encourage them to apply. The program is FREE of charge for all participants. Interested applicants should follow the link www.pharmacy.nova.edu/nextgenpb and choose "Click here to apply."

Please feel free to forward this e-mail and/or give the link above to any prospective students who might be interested in a career in pharmacy and would like to participate in this virtual program. You may also download our flyer as a PDF at the above link for distribution to students.

Whether someone is just exploring the field of pharmacy and wants to know more about the profession or know their exact career niche in pharmacy, this day is for them!

Attention: All standardized exams (e.g. PCAT, MCAT, DAT, GRE etc.) for entrance into the college of pharmacy for the 2020-2021 admissions cycle are waived due to COVID-19.

Any additional questions, can be directed to pbphss@nova.edu.

Thank you for your support!

Sincerely,
