The American Medical Student
Association is happy to be coming back to Florida for PremedFest, our
annual 1 1/2 day event designed for premeds. Last year, we welcomed
over 400 premeds to the conference, and we will return Nov 4-5 to the
University of South Florida, in Tampa.
This event will include
dynamic sessions designed to make you a stronger med school candidate and more
empathic physician. Check it out:
- developing strong
communication skills
- examining the growing
problem of drug use in med school
- the reality of corneal
transplants
- personal statement workshops
- top interviewing tips, and
more!
There will also be clinical
skill building sessions and the chance to talk with USF med school
representatives.
