Summer Internship Opportunity

To  UF Pre-Medical/Pre-PA students,

I work for Angel Kids Pediatrics, a large group of pediatric providers in the Jacksonville Area. I am the Intern Preceptor here and I am hoping to partner with colleges/universities in Florida to give students interested in pursuing a career in Medicine a highly educational experience. We are dedicated to teaching students and having students at any of our five locations benefits our practice and the students  in their future career paths. As a Pediatric office we have many doctors, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners, along with public health professionals, medical assistants, lactation consultants, and managerial and billing staff working closely together to create a strong environment of quality patient care and a great place to work and learn.  

This internship would be offered in the summer lasting roughly 3 months and 150 hours. We are seeking students that need experience in the medical field to apply for PA programs or Medical Schools. They would be scribing 2-3 days out of the week. We will not have any housing options for students, so they must reside in Jacksonville in order to intern at Angel Kids.
