The Department of
Medicine, Division of Pulmonary is looking for a candidate to fill an
OPS-Clinical Program Coordinator II position. The qualified candidate will
assist with the daily operations of the UF Adult Cystic Fibrosis Program under
the direction of the CF Director and CF Nurse Coordinator.
Job Duties include:
• Under supervision of the CF Program Coordinator and CF Director, assists for daily operations of the CF program
• Helps coordinate and carry out CF medical care plans.
• Assists with daily treatment plan for CF patients
• Helps facilitate communication between patient and CF care team.
• Communicate with CF care team and patient about psychological, social and financial concerns patient and family may be experiencing.
• Provides patient health information or directs patient to resources to help you manage CF disease.
• Educates family members, friends, the public and other health care professionals like on ways to support health with CF.
