MHP Global Health Disparities Expo Wednesday, March 30th from 9am to 12pm. It will be outside the HPNP building. Contact person is Dr. Shenary Cotter at cotters@ufl.edu. It will feature various methods of overcoming common public health problems such as dirty water and malaria-infected mosquitoes. Some of the methods featured will be mosquito nets and ceramic water filters. It is an excellent way to learn about how to solve serious public health concerns with relatively simple and cost-effective solutions. Also, if students have questions concerning the Medical Honors Program (formerly known as the Junior Honors Medical Program), they may feel free to ask!
