Are you interested in surgery and global health? Do you want to help develop a novel podcast focused on global surgery/global neurosurgery? If so, Gator mission:brain is just the place for you. Gator mission:brain caters to a diverse background, so if you’re interested in healthcare, global health, or arts/humanities in healthcare, this can be an exciting opportunity.
Gator mission:brain is an organization focused on global neurosurgery/global surgery, where you can learn what a career as a global surgeon looks like and what it takes to become one! With opportunities to meet/learn from global leaders about research, policy/advocacy, sustainable healthcare infrastructure and more, we hope students from various backgrounds join us on this journey! Most recently, in collaboration with Global Neurosurgery Interest Group (GNSIG), we are also developing a novel podcast, shining a light on leaders from low-and-middle-income countries (LMICs) to explore global surgery in the context of ethics, decolonization, sociocultural environments and more! If you are interested in helping develop the podcast OR joining Gator mission:brain, please fill out the following interest survey that has further details. We look forward to having you join us! If you have any questions, please email us at gatormissionbrain@gmail.com. Thank you!
