Opportunity to Establish The Legacy Project, Inc. Service Organization Chapter at UF

My name is Dhanush Sivasankaran, and I am the National Recruitment Director for The Legacy Project, Inc., or TLP. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that connects students with older adults in their local communities to (1) foster friendships and (2) preserve the older adults' life histories through a published book, achieving a lasting legacy.

We currently have chapters at six universities and are excited to expand our reach. We are seeking motivated students from the University of Florida to establish a TLP chapter and launch programming next fall. This is an incredible opportunity for students to:

• Take on leadership roles
• Gain book authorship
  
• Develop valuable skills for their careers
• Form meaningful intergenerational connections
• Make a lasting impact on their community

No prior experience is necessary, just a genuine interest in forming intergenerational connections!
