I am Dr. Miranda Mack-Delavallade, the Clinical Program Director at Florida Health Science Consulting (HSC).  We provide educational support through our expertise in CPR and emergency cardiovascular care (ECC) training and education, clinical medical assisting, nursing assisting, clinical internships, and compliance standards in the healthcare industry. We offer clinical training opportunities, with our target audience being pre-health students. Pre-health students are strongly encouraged to have direct patient care hours when applying to professional schools, particularly medical school and PA school. This strengthens the application and demonstrates clinical competencies for health care. 

We are pleased to share information about our clinical training program, Clinical Assistant Prep (CAP). The course provides the training and exam prep for students to earn a certification as a clinical medical assistant (CCMA). Our certifying entity is the National Healthcareer Association (NHA). There are many unique aspects of what we offer, the primary being the shortened length of time (8-10 weeks) and reduced costs of the training. Our courses may be taken in-person or online. The online course is 100% virtual and 8 weeks in length. 

With this nationally recognized certification, medical assistant graduates can obtain great clinical job opportunities. The projected growth of the salary for medical assisting is $18.40/hour!

Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
We offer training in ACLS, BLS, PALS, CPR, AED, and First Aid with same day certifications.
