Research Opportunity in Dr. Carolyn Tucker's Health Psychology and Behavioral Medicine Research Teams
We are inviting students to apply for Research Assistant
positions beginning in the Spring 2019 semester. Applications will be
open until November 9th at 11:59 PM. If you think your students would be

“Dr.
Carolyn M. Tucker invites applications for unpaid undergraduate Research Assistants
starting Spring 2019 in her Health Psychology and Behavioral Medicine Research
Teams:
Students
accepted as a Research Assistant will participate in various aspects of
conducting community-based and community-participatory health disparities
research focusing on (a) developing and testing culturally sensitive,
evidence-based health promotion interventions targeting overweight/obesity and
related health conditions and diseases in racial/ethnic minority and low-income
communities and (b) patient-centered, culturally sensitive health care delivery
in clinical settings.

Applications are due by November 9th at 11:59 PM. Competitive
applicants will receive an invitation to interview with our lab by November
21st. Interviews will take place starting the week of November 27th. They
will last 30 minutes and take place in the Psychology Building.
Interviews will require business formal dress. A google form will be
sent out to those who qualify for an interview.”
