~COLLEGIATE CHALLENGE APPLICATIONS CLOSING 1/31-
This is just a reminder that Collegiate Challenge
applications will be closing this upcoming Tuesday 1/31 at MIDNIGHT. Collegiate
Challenge is an alternative service learning and volunteer spring break trip
where a group of UF students (like you!!) travel to different Habitat
affiliates and spend their spring break week building houses and
building friendships! You can find more information on the trips HERE and the
application can be found HERE.
If you have any questions about the applications or Collegiate Challenge in
general, feel free to get in contact with me and I will be more than happy to
help. Again, applications close TUESDAY NIGHT so apply soon!
~CHIPOTLE FUNDRAISER WEDNESDAY 2/1-
Can you believe it is already almost February? What better
way to kick off the month of ~love~ with the true loves of our lives (Habitat
for Humanity+Chipotle), amirite? The fundraiser will be from 5 to 9 PM at the
University Ave Chipotle so come eat some delicious burritos/tacos/salads/etc.
and support our organization! Attached in this email is a flyer to show the
cashier when you pay or you can simply mention you are with UF Habitat for
Humanity. Here is the Facebook
event with all the details so you don’t forget- we hope to see you there!
If you have any questions
or comments, don't hesitate to get in touch with me or any of the other Habitat
officers via email or Facebook message.
Again, thank you for making the start of this semester so
successful- our club would not be as great as it is without every single one of
you. Know that your hard work and dedication to Habitat is noticed and
appreciated. We hope you have a great week and that we will see you at all
of our fun events!
Best,
Veronica Conde Klein
