Greetings from the University of Georgia College of
Pharmacy. We hope your semester is going well!
We wanted to share a quick update with you and your
students. The UGA College of Pharmacy is no longer requiring the PCAT
exam for admission in the Doctor of Pharmacy program. However, the test
is still recommended, especially for candidates who wish to strengthen their
application into the PharmD program.
Just a few reminders of upcoming dates and deadlines:
- February 1, 2021 – Preferred application
deadline for scholarship consideration.
- April 1, 2021 — Regular
Decision applications deadline for PharmCAS and the University of Georgia
College of Pharmacy. Both applications have the same deadline.
Make sure you check out the most updated information on our Prospective
Student page, as well.
If you or your students have any questions about the PharmD
program at UGA or the admissions requirements, please feel free to reach out to
me directly, or to our Admissions Counselor, Mr. Erik Dennison, at pharmdadmissions@uga.edu.
