(GPG) staff this Fall!
GPG is an online publication guide for students with an interest in cutting edge scientific innovation as well as the political and ethical angles of medicine and healthcare. The organization's aim is to keep undergraduates informed about pressing issues and debates in the healthcare field.
If you would like to write about diverse topics in medicine and get published online, consider submitting an application to become a writer. As we believe there is no limit to knowledge, we accept applicants from all fields of study. In fact, we encourage non-STEM oriented applicants, as different disciplines shed light on topics from different angles.

Crisis Center
Sixty hours of in-depth
training are provided in active listening, crisis intervention, and suicide
prevention.
Volunteering is an
opportunity to impact the lives of fellow community members and gain
life-enhancing communication skills.
Training starts September

Crisis Center training is a six-week training program (run
three times a year) consisting of one full Saturday followed by six weeks of
Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:30-9:30p.m. - AND two four-hour sessions
which can be flexibly scheduled to accommodate your schedule. The training requires a strong commitment –
both of time and energy.
