Kaplan Test Prep Free Resources Link

My name is Isabella Teke and I am a pre-med senior at UF. I work with Kaplan Test Prep as a Student Brand Ambassador and have a link for UF pre-health students to gain access to free Kaplan Test Prep resources! All you need to enter to sign up through the link is your name, email, and test of interest (including the MCAT, GRE, DAT, OAT, and PCAT). Students will gain access to free practice exams, questions of the day, free study guides, and free Kaplan webinars centered around applying to their chosen grad school and studying tips. I feel like this would be super helpful to any students thinking of or currently studying for any of these exams that I had to reach out to see if you want to include the link in the pre-health listserv!

Women in Surgery Career Symposium

It is our pleasure and privilege to invite you to attend the 12th Annual International Women in Surgery (WIS) Career Symposium, which will be held at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort, March 4-6th, 2022, in Clearwater, Florida.

This annual WIS Career Symposium is now in its 12th year, and we are excited to continue our tradition of highlighting career options for young women. The event is designed to encourage women STEM students, undergraduate students who may be interested in becoming physicians, as well as premed and medical students to choose a career in Surgery. Its purpose is to provide meaningful avenues for surgical professionals and students to interact, thereby forming a network of support for current students and a family that future surgeons can join. This year our workshops, panels, and small groups will allow participants and speakers to exchange ideas and formulate effective strategies in advancing women who are passionate about the surgical discipline.
